You may be feeling overwhelmed today with all of the changes you are making in your life. You may find that your intuition is strengthening, and the desires of your heart are becoming more clear, and with that wonderful feeling comes the frustration of wanting to take on too much, too fast.



So, give yourself permission to step back, chill out, and clear your mind. Focus on just one or two things that you want or need to get done today. Everything else can wait their turn.



It might be tempting to try to put all of these creative ideas into play, but doing so will lead to burn out and frustration. So, give yourself permission to take focus on only one or two things today, and you can tackle another one or two things tomorrow. Use your time wisely and move at a pace that is comfortable for you.



VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Hi everyone! I'm Nicole Guillaume with Guiding Echoes.



Um . . . I want to apologize that the last couple of videos have been so long. I'm really trying to keep these under 4 minutes for you, cause I know you guys are busy and have a lot to do through out the day. So I don't mean to, you know, keep you on for so long.

So today is Wednesday July 2nd. I am using the Oracle of Visions deck by Ciro Marchetti, and let's see what card wants to come out to play. Oooh I think this one does. Oh! I like this card. This is actually one of my favorite cards in the deck. Okay.



I love how these messages have been flowing so perfectly. This is awesome!



So the last few days we've talked about you coming into your own, figuring out who you are, figuring out what you want out of life and really, um, believing you can have it. Right? You need to believe that you're capable of doing the things you want to do, having the things you want to have and being the person you want to be. So, this may be getting a little overwhelming for you.



When we look at this picture, we see that this lady had a lot of things on her mind. She has a guitar up here. We've got a paintbrush. We've got a pen. We have a sculpture bust, pain, um, just . . . all of these things having to do with creativity. Kay?



But it's a lot to take in at once, so here we have someone who is in touch with their creative energy. But at the same time, it's a little overwhelming, cause there's a lot of things on her mind. So this card right here is telling you to slow down, you know, slow down and focus on maybe one or two things today. That are on your mind. Just pick on or two.



Um, when we start to get cluttered mentally, when we have all that mental chatter and we're not focusing on one thing, we don't get anything done. And we stress ourselves out. So what is the one thing that you need to get done today? What is the one thing that you need to focus on? And maybe one thing isn't enough so we're gonna bump it up to two. What are the two things you need to focus on today?



And remember, you are in touch with this creative energy that she's in right here. This tells me that she inline with the Universe. Cause the Universe works with our intuition and imagination. And it is the source of all creativity.  And I wanna talk just a little bit about creativity.



When I talk about that, um, you maybe thinking about writing a book, or painting. Creativity isn't necessarily that. Creativity can simply be bringing something into this world that wasn't there before. So it could be self ah . . . not self improvement. Home improvement. If you have to fix the plumbing, if you have to build a new bookshelf, you know, little things like that. It doesn't seem creative, but it really is because you're still using your imagination and the picture you have in your mind to bring forth the result that you want. And work is involved.



If you're building a bookshelf or if you're putting together a coffee table, even if you're fixing the plumbing under the sink, you still have to have a clear idea and clear intention of what it is that you want. And then you get the proper tools and you go under the sink, and you fix it. Right? That's still a form of creativity. And it may not feel like it because it's so programmed. You know, it's something we have to do. It's not necessarily something we want to do, but still, it's creative because . . . because why? Cause it starts in the mind. We see a problem, we figure out a solution, and we put it into action. That's still a form of creativity.



So do that today. Is um . . . you know, what is one of the things you wanna focus on an actual art form, like what she's got going on in her mind? Or is it something that feels more analytical? Focus on that one thing and allow your creativity, intuition and imagination to speak to you and to guide you through the process. Alright?
