To put it bluntly, ascension symptoms will be kicking our butts this week as we deal with unresolved emotional issues and painful memories. Because this collective ascension is purging our souls, we may experience physical symptoms such as:



* Nausea

* Fatigue

* Headaches

* Moodiness

* Irritability

* Flu and Cold like symptoms and more.



I'm sure there's a menopause joke hidden here somewhere . . . LOL!



But on a serious note, although we may be feeling crappy, this spiritual cleanse is actually a good thing for us. Once we're able to release the toxic emotions that are trapped and / or hiding in our minds and bodies, then we will be able to ascend to new levels of consciousness.



So although you may be feeling horrible, you're actually on the right track. However, if your symptoms become too intense or are accompanied with other symptoms that are unusual or don't feel right, please consult your doctor.



Also, you may want to hold off on starting any new projects or committing to any life changing events until next week, as you may not have the energy needed to move forward on that journey this week. Instead, you may want to indulge in the three R's.
